Rooms are shot from a corner at chest height with the camera levelled, so verticals stay vertical and the space reads at its true proportions; tilting to fit more in makes walls converge and looks obviously distorted. Focal length sits in the sixteen to twenty-four millimetre full-frame range, wide enough to show a room but short of the extreme angles that misrepresent size. Interior and window exposure are balanced by bracketing and blending, or by flash-ambient blending, so windows keep their view instead of blowing out to white. Every light in the room is either on or off consistently, and mixed colour temperature is corrected per source. Verticals and horizontals are corrected in post, along with lens distortion. Exteriors are shot when the light favours the front elevation, and twilight exposures are taken during the short window when sky and interior light balance. Delivery is a colour-managed set sized for listing portals, which impose their own dimension and file size limits, plus full resolution files for print.
